Struggling alone can be exhausting, isolating, and frustrating. 

We know, because we've been there.

Unlike in the military, there is no support for police leavers from either the government or police forces. This means there's no one to ask even simple questions.

What's worse is that cops feel embarrassed by their reasons for leaving or seeking help, be that money, disciplinary issues, or mental health.

We don't make promises we can't keep, but we're confident that, whatever your particular challenge - we'll have dealt with something similar before.

We don't recommend you start with a coaching call. To get the most value from your session, we encourage you to:

If neither of those works for you, and you believe what you need is some 1:1, tailored support around any of the following:

i) Lack of confidence.
ii) Extra accountability.
iii) Struggling to implement or understand anything we've taught.
iv) Unusual circumstances. 

Then we're happy to work with you in complete confidence.

All you need to do is:

1. Purchase the coaching call session. 

2. You'll then have access to our calendar where you can book a session at a convenient time for you.

3. Please share any information in advance that will help us prepare for your call, so we can ensure you take as much as you can from it.

What will not happen:

We can't offer formal legal or pensions advice - we're not qualified.

We cannot guarantee that we can solve your problem, or that after our session, your next job application will be successful. We've both been unsuccessful in job applications, like everybody else. We offer the best advice we can, based on our training and experience, in good faith.

We would love for everyone to find a job after using our services, but it's possible that you may not.

You can be certain though, that getting the basics right will definitely improve your chances of getting an interview.

We charge £150 for the service and payment is taken upfront.

We believe what we offer is worth £150, and we believe you will too.

If you are not 100% happy with the quality of the coaching you receive on the call, let us know and we'll refund you in full - no hard feelings.

Our availability is extremely limited, and purchasing a service takes away an opportunity from someone else who needs it, so please submit your documents to us as soon as possible.
